Y’all know I’m not a particularly focused individual, so of course I have many UFOs (unfinished objects) sitting around [...] I’m thinking about selling my glass crafting equipment as it has been sitting around for at least a year. My son may want it, so I’ll have to check with him, but I have no idea when, as a new dad with an already ignored wood turning hobby, he’d find the time to use [...] I recently watched the 2002 movie, “The Magdalene Sisters” and it has been haunting me and infuriating me ever since. Have you seen it? I guess that’s going back to my roots, as I learned to knit when I was 5 and was sewing my own clothes as a teenager. My daughter and I have started a project for her dorm room to cover [...] The last month has been hectic and unpredictable. My step-mom went home to be with the Lord, which is a good thing as she was 90 years old and had been in considerable uncontrolled pain for several years, but still it of course, leaves a void in life. School ended and that meant dorm [...] Who would have thought? I’m a fundamental radical extremist, as described by Karen Armstrong of the U.N.’s Alliance of Civilizations in this YouTube video. If you don’t want to listen to this woman’s rantings in full, start at the 4 minute point to hear her call me, and other Christians like me, well…pretty crazy [...] Yep, I realize I’m a bit late to the Happy New Year party, but you can blame that on my uppity computer. It started the new year by crashing…not just a minor inconvenience crash, no this time, it refused to be resucitated easily and required a complete restore, which of course required reinstalling all [...] I have been researching marketing ideas lately and have come across some interesting resources, but I am a little overwhelmed at the variety of possibilities and when I get that way, my response is like many, I do nothing, or do several poorly.
