This has been my first week as an Independent Contract worker with ACD Direct and I'm loving it. I had a 2 day training class then I picked out the time I wanted to work. Each work slot is one hour at a time, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. I started with 1 or 2 hours a day to get my feet wet and get use to the scripts I need to read from to take pledges for Public Broadcast stations during their pledge times. I'm very excited about the up coming John Hagerty live show on November 7th. This will be were people can call in and request songs for Mr. Hagerty to sing live. We are expecting around 20,000 calls and will have close to 500 agents working to keep it running smoothly. I'm loving it.

Tried to leave a comment when I saw your page on Wahm-Trade, but it wouldn’t let me??? My heart goes out to you – I know exactly how you feel -I’ve been there! 18 years ago I chose to put all of them aside and focus on the one I loved – making fabric greeting cards. And I do love making them – however – I got myself a website and now my love sits waiting for me most days as I put in the hours at the compute trying to market them! I envy you – you’re still working at all of them! Life is all those unpredictable that happen moment by moment – the crafts are our little distractions – or is it the other way around? Best wishes to you.

I recently opened my own business as a Virtual Assistant and you are correct when you say VA Networking (www.vanetworking.com)can help you on the path to success as a VA.
By reading many of the previous posts I have gotten tons of information from this site and the forum within it.
If anyone is considering starting out as a VA I suggest you do check here. It's not a place that "hires" workers but helps you create your own business success!

Hi! I found your link over on wahm.com in the blog folder. Excellent posting! The doctors wanted my 22 yr old daughter to get the vaccine and we refused it. I am so glad that we did.
