I also used circles instead of the hearts for the patches and just made a bunch of them. Super cute pattern and fairly easy to follow.

I made this and it was so cute! I used velvet yarn and it came out perfect, soft and cuddly!. The instructions are easy to follow. It did not use a lot of yarn.

I used Bernstein Velvet in the yellow and brown (sorry don’t remember the color name). This had easy to follow instructions, was simple to put together, and the seller was very quick responding to my question about leg placement. He turned out cute.
