How to Make an Easy Happy Mother’s Day Flower Picture
Supplies
- scissors
- washable paint
- white canvas 11 in x 14 in
- brush
- small plate or palette
- glue
- heart printable
- card stock white or colored
Step 1. Paint Background
Paint the background for the flower painting if you want to. Let dry.
Step 2. Handprints
Paint the palm of a hand and carefully stamp the handprint where you want the flower to be. Then repeat for a 2nd flower on the other side of the canvas. Let dry.
Step 3. Heart
Cut out heart and glue to the canvas. You can make the heart a flower or put it above the handprint flowers. Let dry.
Step 4. Paint Stems
Paint the stems of the flower. Then repeat for a 2nd flower on the other side of the canvas and the heart if you made it a flower. Let dry.
