If you don’t know by now, I love spring the end of cold weather and the start of more outside time. I love to garden and spend time outside. My toddler loves the park and I look forward to more outside activities.
How to Make Spring Chick Kid Craft
Supplies
- Construction paper – blue and green
- Glue
- Scissors
- Acrylic paint – orange, white, black, yellow
- Fork
- Plastic plate to put paint on
Step 1.
Pour some yellow paint on the plate. Dip the tong of the fork in the yellow paint and press on the paper towards the middle of the blue paper. Go around in a circle. Make 2 wings on either side. Let Dry.
Step 2.
Draw a zigzag grass line about 2 in from the bottom of the short side of the construction paper. Cut on the line.
Step 3.
Add the the beak and legs to the chick using orange. Use white paint to make the eyes with a black center. Let dry.
Step 4.
Glue the grass to the bottom of the page.
Step 5.
Cut out 2 plain eggs and one with the zigzag of this egg printable. If you want, you can color the eggs and turn them into Easter eggs. Glue the egg at the bottom on top of the grass. Finished. Enjoy your paper chick craft.
